My use is DYI rather than trade. Thus far, I have used it only a handful of times for some demolition work such as; cutting drywall, nails and timber. All worked great.

Pretty good. Have worn the first blade smooth, so need to get another, and because of easy-change mechanism (which is super handy) it doesn't fit all blades, and it's not clear when shopping which ones will fit.
More blades available, even separately, from Mitre10, that are clearly suitable for this tool.

Worked it hard and it took a long time for overheat protection to kick in. When it did it only took a few minutes of cooling before I could use again. Power is good, even in plunge cuts. I also trimmed the top off a 100x100 h4 post without it struggling. Blade release mechanism is brilliant
I didn't find flaw. It worked as well as my workmates makita, which costs 40% more
